CAUSE OF ACTION

A cause of action consists of every fact which it would be necessary for the plaintiff to prove if traversed in order to support his right to judgement to judgement.

When these facts have occured and provided , there is in existence a competent plantiff and defendant and a cause of action is said to accure to the plaintiff because he can prosecute action effectively. Thus , the accrual of a cause of action is the event whereby a cause of action becomes complete so that the aggrieved party can begin and maintain his cause of action –
