POWER OF ATTORNEY

POWER OF ATTORNEY

A  Power of Attorney is a formal instrument by deed by which one person authorizes another person to perform specific tasks on his behalf.

When the power of attorney is given for valuable consideration, it is expressed to be irrevocable.

A power of attorney must be construed strictly, and the authority conferred by the power must be strictly adhered to.

If the authority is exercised in excess of and outside the reasonable scope; the third party will be unable to make the principal liable.
